Egg White Bacon Cheese Stuffed Biscuits

These egg white bacon cheese stuffed biscuits are the perfect breakfast for mornings on the go.


1 can
(16 oz.)
Refrigerated biscuits
½ cup Phil’s Fresh Eggs Organic Liquid Egg Whites, cooked
½ cup Cooked chopped bacon
½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped chives


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Use a sharp knife to cut a deep hole in each biscuit from the side.
  3. Stuff each biscuit with 1 Tbsp. cooked egg whites, 1 Tbsp. bacon, 1 Tbsp. cheddar cheese and some chives.
  4. Use your fingers to close and seal the biscuits. Put the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
