Egg White Bacon Cheese Stuffed Biscuits
These egg white bacon cheese stuffed biscuits are the perfect breakfast for mornings on the go.
|½ cup||Phil’s Fresh Eggs Organic Liquid Egg Whites, cooked|
|½ cup||Cooked chopped bacon|
|½ cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Use a sharp knife to cut a deep hole in each biscuit from the side.
- Stuff each biscuit with 1 Tbsp. cooked egg whites, 1 Tbsp. bacon, 1 Tbsp. cheddar cheese and some chives.
- Use your fingers to close and seal the biscuits. Put the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
