Herbs and Cheese Scramble
This scramble is the perfect meal for anyone in a rush before work or school and Mom approves because it provides high-quality protein.
|1 ½ cups||Phil’s Fresh Eggs Organic Liquid Egg Whites|
|1||Green onion - finely chopped|
|1 tsp.||Chopped fresh chives|
|1 tsp.||Chopped fresh parsley|
|1 tsp.||Chopped fresh rosemary|
|Salt and Pepper, to taste|
|¼ cup||Shredded cheddar cheese|
- Prepare a large skillet by setting it over medium heat and spraying it generously with cooking spray.
- Combine eggs and milk; add mixture to the hot skillet and sprinkle with herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- As soon as the eggs begin to set, start to scramble and gradually add the cheese.
- Cook until eggs are completely set. Garnish individual servings with an additional sprinkling of herbs if desired.
