Herbs and Cheese Scramble

This scramble is the perfect meal for anyone in a rush before work or school and Mom approves because it provides high-quality protein.


1 ½ cups Phil’s Fresh Eggs Organic Liquid Egg Whites
2 Tbsp. Milk
1 Green onion - finely chopped
1 tsp. Chopped fresh chives
1 tsp. Chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Chopped fresh rosemary

Salt and Pepper, to taste
¼ cup Shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Prepare a large skillet by setting it over medium heat and spraying it generously with cooking spray.
  2. Combine eggs and milk; add mixture to the hot skillet and sprinkle with herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. As soon as the eggs begin to set, start to scramble and gradually add the cheese.
  4. Cook until eggs are completely set. Garnish individual servings with an additional sprinkling of herbs if desired.
