Steak and Egg Breakfast Tacos

Add your favorite taco toppings! Also great for Father’s Day morning and steak lovers!


1 Tbsp. Butter
7 Grade A Medium Phil’s Fresh Eggs
6 tsp. Water
1 ½ cups Cooked steak, diced
6 Medium-sized flour or corn tortillas
1 Large avocado, sliced
1 Large tomato, diced
1 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
½ cup White onion, diced


  1. Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs in a medium bowl and whisk together with water until well-combined. Add the whisked eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove from the stove.
  2. Prepare your breakfast tacos: Evenly distribute the eggs among the six tortillas. Add ¼ cup steak to each tortilla, then top with avocado slices, diced tomato, cilantro and diced onion.
