Steak and Egg Breakfast Tacos
Add your favorite taco toppings! Also great for Father’s Day morning and steak lovers!
|7||Grade A Medium Phil’s Fresh Eggs|
|1 ½ cups||Cooked steak, diced|
|6||Medium-sized flour or corn tortillas|
|1||Large avocado, sliced|
|1||Large tomato, diced|
|1 Tbsp.||Cilantro, minced|
|½ cup||White onion, diced|
- Heat butter in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs in a medium bowl and whisk together with water until well-combined. Add the whisked eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked. Remove from the stove.
- Prepare your breakfast tacos: Evenly distribute the eggs among the six tortillas. Add ¼ cup steak to each tortilla, then top with avocado slices, diced tomato, cilantro and diced onion.
